DELIVERY DELAY
Delivery times are given for information only and any delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages.

TRANSPORT-CLAIMS
Whatever the conditions of transport, our goods, even sold free, travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. (Sent by La Poste for cards and by other carriers for drop-shipping). Drop Shipping: printing companies: Gelato / Printfull.
Upon arrival of the products at the place of destination, the buyer is required to ensure that the delivery complies with the order.
In the event of non-compliance, deterioration or missing, the usual reservations must be made by the buyer immediately on the delivery note. Complaints that are likely to result must, to be admissible, be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the carrier and to the seller within 48 hours.
Complaints other than those relating to transport must reach the seller, in writing, no later than 72 hours after receipt of the goods.

SELLING PRICE
Our goods are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of delivery.
Any derogation from the general sales price list is valid only after written confirmation from the company.

TITLE RETENTION CLAUSE
The brand "Souvenirs Augmented" is declared to the INPI. It belongs to Arnaud CORNET and is published by his publishing company "Rayon de lune". All rights reserved. Copies and Use Prohibited.

APPLICATION 

The Artivive application is not the property of Rayon de lune. It is an application developed and hosted by an independent company. Rayon de lune is a subscriber and his account allows the use of the software, on the creation side and the hosting of the visuals in the Artivive database.

Only the photos and videos provided for the video selfies are kept on our hard drives.

DISPLAYS
The displays consigned to deposit remain the property of Rayon de lune EURL and must under no circumstances receive products from competing companies.
However, the displays sold by Rayon de lune EURL in the form of retrocession, compensated by free merchandise, remain the property of the customer.

LITIGATION
Any dispute relating to this sale, even in the event of recourse in guarantee or of multiple defendants, would be, in the absence of an amicable agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial court in the jurisdiction of which the domicile of the seller is located.
